Prior to completing the Construction Agreement there will be a pre-construction process. Some of the things you can expect to happen during this time are designs to secure permits, engineering and feasibility studies, a detailed estimate with full scope of work and the materials cost. A well-designed project is also more likely to finish on time and on budget.

During this process we will go over the scope of work, project plan, payment schedule, logistics, and your production schedule (timeline). Our organized schedules allow us to secure our trade contractors for pre-determined time frames which helps your remodeling project stay on time. We will create a Contract that will be signed by both you and a representative of our company. We will go over and explain every detail of our straightforward contract.

In addition to your Project Manager, you will have design prints, project schedule, emergency contact information, permits, and much more. You will be informed and involved throughout the process. At all times we will work together to find the best ways to communicate with you on a regular basis, so you are up to date on the progress. Our trade contractors upheld the same values, are licensed, bonded, and insured. They will treat you and your home with respect. 

During this last phase we will meticulously inspect to ensure that craftsmanship levels have been maintained throughout the project. We will do a final job walk-through and answer operational questions you may have. We will do a final clean up within the project and anything on your property we touched. And finally, all our remodeling work comes with a one-year warranty. We want you to have peace of mind knowing that the work we complete for you will be completed in such a way that it will last for many years.
